Does Gabrielle's Garden accept returns? No, we do not accept returns on any floral arrangement purchases.

Do you offer delivery? Yes, we offer free local delivery in the Atlanta area for our long stem rose bouquets only. Type in your zip code to see if delivery is available to your address.

Do you offer pickup? We only offer pickup for specific dates and specific floral arrangements, example Mother's Day floral arrangements are available for local Atlanta Pickup on May 13, 2023.

How do I set up my delivery? If you ordered a long stem rose bouquet, you will select your delivery time and date at checkout.

How will I know when my pickup order is ready? Your pickup order will be available on the date and time listed in your order confirmation.

Where do I pickup my order? Pickup orders are available for Mother's Day floral arrangements only on May 13th, 2023 at the address given in your order confirmation.

What happens if I can't pickup my order? Please email contact @ ingabriellesgarden [dot] com if you are unable to pickup your order. Our team will try our best to reschedule your pickup date. Please note, we can not guarantee flower freshness after 48 hours. We do not offer exchanges for new flowers for a rescheduled pickup.
